The Softdocs team at EDUCAUSE had a great time discussing document management, electronic forms, workflow automation, and eSignatures.

They even hosted a special event Thursday morning! Hint...if you like breakfast foods you would have loved this.

Out with the old and in with(out) new paper! Folks visited the Softdocs booth at the CITE conference to transform paper-based processes of the past and head into the new year with greater efficiency.

It felt great being back in Charlotte at the NCIIPS conference with our client success team Billy Smith and Carvel Blakeney and CEO Adam Park. Many clients stopped by the booth and talked about how they have been able to eliminate paper around campus and introduce new automations within their every day processes.

We enjoyed catching up with Cheryl Evans and Rod Brower and hearing about Rockingham Community College's use cases in their presentation.

They showed the Softdocs Platform in action with a live, action packed demo to create efficiencies in both Admissions & the Registrar department.

Finance is always right at GASBO and the Softdocs team of Billy Smith and Corey Davis were excited to support the association's mission to provide programs and services to promote the highest standards of school business.

Folks stopped by our booth, dropped a plink chip, and learned how Softdocs can further help Georgia schools in their goal to improve the quality of programs and the delivery of educational services to children throughout the state.

The need for electronic forms throughout the district, especially for Finance, Human Resources, and Special Ed was a hot topic of conversation for those who stopped by the Softdocs booth at Colorado Association of School Boards (CASB) conference.

Districts also brought up the pain point of not having a good workflow solution for HR once an employee is hired to handle change of address, leave absences, and contract renewals.

Scott McQueen and Nate Sheppard had a wonderful time meeting new folks and can't wait to be back in action next year! Thanks for having us CASB!
