Update: March 13, 2020

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we made the difficult decision to postpone BRIDGE 2020 until the spring of 2021. We are working hard to solidify details as quickly as possible to make this transition as simple as possible for you. Currently, our target date for BRIDGE 2021 is March 7-10, 2021 in Charleston, SC.

Our team is having conversations about providing conference content to our customers online in the coming weeks, pacing it so you and your team can easily consume all of the provided resources. Many of our customers’ K-12 and Higher Ed campuses have confirmed what a busy time it is, working to execute extra steps in the classroom, hallways and virtually, to best serve students.

Therefore, our team is also listening to many conversations at the K-12 and Higher Ed levels regarding needs that are surfacing as institutions stand up new approaches for their students and teachers/faculty. If you find you need our help in any way, please reach out immediately to your Softdocs account representative or email Bridge@Softdocs.com and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, look at our Bridge FAQ for next steps and answers to important questions that we’re receiving from Bridge registrants as we transition to a 2021 conference.

Our customers are 100% of why we do what we do every day. We are working on many ways to increase the impact of virtual networking opportunities, until we can fully resume our collective mission to transform education for the future - and for the better.

Best to you –

Bridge 2020 FAQs

We will continue to update this page with additional details to inform your next steps.

March 11, 2020

After much careful consideration, we have decided to officially postpone BRIDGE 2020, the Softdocs user conference, until spring of 2021.

Over the last few weeks, the relatively small size of our conference and the exhaustive efforts of our Bridge team, gave us confidence that a safe and welcoming experience could still be provided at BRIDGE 2020. However, with many educational institutions shifting towards a virtual model, from spring break through the end of the semester, we realize that many of our Bridge participants simply can’t afford to travel away from their institutions this month. They are needed on campus to stand up new approaches and ensure the optimal student experience is being delivered. We felt we could honor those urgently needed by their institutions at this time, with our decision to postpone BRIDGE 2020.

While we regret any inconvenience this announcement may cause you and your institution, rest assured that we understand the opportunities for learning, discovery and networking that your attendance at BRIDGE 2020 would provide and we are seeking new ways to deliver these opportunities. Our team is already exploring ways to make created content available to Bridge registrants virtually, and hope to work through the logistics of this within the coming days.

In the next 24 hours, the Softdocs team will finalize additional details to inform your next steps. Please continue to visit this website for updated information.

Finally, our sincere gratefulness for your patience during the past few weeks as variables have been rapidly evolving on your campus and ours.

Like all our peers in the EdTech industry, your success and safety are our number one priority.
