Adam Park serves as Chief Executive Officer of Softdocs, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth, and vision. He is focused on advancing Softdocs's mission of improving the lives of students and constituents while further establishing the company as a trusted technology partner to public sector organizations.
Adam brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across education technology, SaaS, and mission-driven organizations. Before joining Softdocs, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at TargetX through its acquisition by Liaison International, where he led go-to-market and revenue performance across sales, marketing, client success, and revenue operations. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Embark and The Princeton Review, building deep expertise in higher ed and K-12 technology while navigating ownership transitions and corporate change. Adam was also the founding COO of Beyond 12, which helps underserved students succeed in college. Today, it is recognized as one of the nation’s leading social impact organizations.
Adam has led Softdocs through a period of continued growth while keeping customer and social impact at the center of the business. His leadership combines strategic clarity with deep sector knowledge, helping position Softdocs for continued expansion while reinforcing the company’s commitment to client success, employee success, and innovation. He is especially passionate about helping clients succeed in their missions and ensuring Softdocs remains a partner they can trust as their needs evolve.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, with highest honors, from the University of California, Berkeley, and his master’s from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Steve Johnston serves as Chief Operating Officer at Softdocs, where he leads the company’s product and services organizations. He is focused on aligning strategy with execution so Softdocs can continue delivering secure, scalable solutions and a consistently strong client experience.
Steve brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise software, with a background spanning services, support, cloud operations, and client-facing teams. Before joining Softdocs, he held senior leadership roles at Netsmart, Perceptive Software, and DSI. Across those organizations, he built high-performing teams, strengthened service delivery, and helped turn operational complexity into practical results for customers.
At Softdocs, Steve plays a central role in guiding the continued evolution of the company’s products and services to meet the needs of Softdocs’s growing client base. His leadership helps ensure Softdocs continues to scale with discipline, strengthen innovation, and create long-term value across the full client lifecycle.
Steve earned his BSB in Computer Information Systems from Emporia State University. Beyond work, he is an avid runner who enjoys training for marathons and staying active outdoors.
Scott Craig serves as Chief Product & Strategy Officer at Softdocs, where he leads the vision, strategy, and evolution of the Softdocs platform. He is focused on helping Softdocs translate deep market expertise into scalable product strategy, disciplined execution, and solutions that improve how institutions serve students and constituents.
Scott brings more than two decades of leadership across product management, strategy, engineering operations, and M&A within enterprise software. Before joining Softdocs, he held senior product leadership roles at Hyland and Lexmark Enterprise Software, where he helped shape high-growth product portfolios, scale global product and UX organizations, and advance cloud, low-code, and AI strategies across complex customer environments. During his time at Hyland, Scott led large global product and UX teams whose work contributed to repeated Gartner and Forrester recognition for leadership in the content services market. Earlier in his career, he also led M&A software strategy and the integration of nine acquired companies at Perceptive Software.
At Softdocs, Scott is helping lead and execute the company’s product roadmap and innovation strategy around the evolving needs of public sector organizations. His leadership reflects a consistent track record of modernizing product organizations and introducing customer-centric discovery and agile operating models that help organizations work faster, reduce manual effort, and improve user experiences without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.
Scott earned his BA in Classical Languages from Colorado College. In his downtime, he is an avid fly fisherman, a dedicated gardener, and a supporter of organizations including Hunger Free Colorado and Habitat for Humanity.
Andrea Link serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Cloud Operations at Softdocs, where she leads the engineering and cloud teams responsible for building, scaling, and operating the Softdocs platform. She is focused on strengthening the technical foundation behind Softdocs's continued growth by advancing a high-performing, accountable, AI-empowered engineering culture and helping ensure the company delivers secure, scalable innovation for the public sector. Andrea’s leadership brings together product quality, operational discipline, and long-term platform evolution.
Andrea brings deep experience across product development, engineering transformation, and SaaS growth. Before joining Softdocs, she spent more than a decade at DIGARC, where she played a central role in defining and expanding Curriculog and later led product development across a broader portfolio serving higher education. During her tenure, DIGARC grew its customer base 4x and nearly doubled revenue, while expanding its market presence and product footprint. She also helped guide the business through two successful private equity acquisitions, contributing to a period of significant growth and evolution, including DIGARC’s later acquisition by Modern Campus.
At Softdocs, Andrea has led meaningful technical transformation across the platform, from architecture and services to infrastructure modernization and cloud evolution, while maintaining the pace and discipline required to meet client expectations and market demands. She has also helped elevate Softdocs's engineering and cloud capabilities by building a culture centered on repeatability, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Andrea earned her MBA from the University of Florida and her BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Andrea is a fiction writer who also enjoys cooking, fitness, and travel. She actively supports community organizations including Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, the Polk Education Foundation, and Top Buttons, along with other local organizations focused on health, education, and family support.
Vince Silvestri serves as Vice President of Sales at Softdocs, where he leads the company’s sales organization and drives the strategy, structure, and execution behind continued revenue growth. He is responsible for scaling the company’s enterprise sales motion, building a high-performing sales team, and helping institutions modernize mission-critical processes.
Vince brings nearly two decades of experience across enterprise software sales and solution engineering, with deep expertise guiding organizations through complex technology evaluations and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Softdocs, he was part of Perceptive Software during a period of rapid growth leading up to its acquisition by Lexmark. He later joined Alfresco, where he played a key role in highly competitive enterprise sales cycles, leading technical strategy, proof-of-concepts, and executive engagements.
At Softdocs, Vince built and scaled the company’s sales engineering function and established the consultative sales methodology that supports the company’s enterprise go-to-market strategy today. In his current role, he focuses on expanding Softdocs’ market presence, scaling the company’s enterprise sales capabilities, and enabling the team to deliver consistent growth. He also works closely with sales operations to integrate AI and emerging technologies into the sales process, helping the organization operate more efficiently and engage prospects more effectively.
Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outdoors.
Kevin Potts serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Softdocs, where he leads the company’s brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications strategy. He is focused on strengthening Softdocs's market presence and building initiatives that support continued growth with clients, partners, and future stakeholders.
Kevin brings 25 years of marketing leadership across international enterprise software companies serving education, government, healthcare, and other complex industries. Before joining Softdocs, he held senior marketing roles at DocuWare, Oracle, Lexmark, and Perceptive Software. His background includes work with multi-billion-dollar companies leading global rebrands, guiding software businesses through successful ownership transitions, and modernizing marketing organizations for scale.
At Softdocs, Kevin leads the company’s brand, messaging, and market visibility while driving the marketing strategy behind pipeline growth and category differentiation. His work also includes the marketing technology and operations, including all of Softdocs’s digital experiences (including this very website).
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid reader who enjoys spending time on the beach and staying active with local community organizations.
Abe Gruber serves as Vice President of Strategic Growth & Operations at Softdocs, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and broader technology and operational initiatives that support growth across the business. Abe is passionate about education and the latest in technology, especially how the two intersect in a game-changing way for campuses and their missions.
Abe brings over 20 years of experience across higher education and education technology. He holds an MBA in Marketing and a degree in Computer Information Systems from Hawaiʻi Pacific University. Early in his career, he worked on college campuses across the United States in leadership roles across enrollment, marketing, and student success. Before joining Softdocs, he spent six years with TargetX through their acquisition by Liaison International. During that time, he was recognized as a top-performing sales executive, helped establish sales engineering and revenue operations as strategic functions, and received several awards from Salesforce and other leading technology platforms for his work across sales and operations.
At Softdocs, Abe has focused on strengthening the company’s operational foundation through major system deployments, process modernization, and the continued evolution of go-to-market infrastructure. In his role as Chief of Staff, he works cross-functionally across the company to improve execution, strengthen reporting and forecasting, and build the infrastructure needed for smarter growth. He also helps lead the adoption of AI and modern technologies across the company, streamlining work, improving decision-making, and expanding how teams use technology to better serve clients.
In his downtime, Abe is an avid global traveler and sociocultural anthropologist who avoids middle seats on airplanes at all costs.
Andrea Robinson serves as Vice President of Finance at Softdocs, where she leads the company’s financial operations with a focus on clarity, discipline, and scalable execution. She oversees accounting, audit, financial reporting, and the broader finance function, helping ensure Softdocs has the insight and financial infrastructure to support continued growth and long-term value creation.
Andrea brings more than a decade of finance leadership experience across SaaS and complex operating environments. Before joining Softdocs, she held finance leadership roles at Caring.com, where she helped strengthen financial management and operational consistency during a period of rapid growth, and at Curvature, where she supported financial accuracy and compliance within a $450 million global enterprise. Her background includes scaling finance functions through accelerating ARR and revenue growth, supporting private equity transactions, and delivering clean, on-time audits.
At Softdocs, Andrea has played a key role in modernizing the company’s financial foundation, including leading a full ERP migration to NetSuite that transformed financial reporting and improved close timelines. She also partners closely with leaders across the business to provide the financial guidance, visibility, and planning support needed to make sound decisions, manage growth effectively, and align departmental priorities with Softdocs's mission to improve the lives of students and constituents.
Andrea earned her MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and her BSBA in Accounting from Bryant University. She is also a competitive equestrian who spends her time training and competing with her horse. She also enjoys traveling and spending time at home with her husband and their three dogs.
Benji Whitney serves as Vice President of Client Services at Softdocs, where he leads professional services, product support, and recurring service offerings that help organizations maximize the value of the Softdocs platform. He is focused on building a services organization that combines strong execution, long-term client partnership, and scalable support for growth.
Benji brings more than 20 years of experience leading consulting, technology operations, and modernization initiatives for Fortune 100 companies and other complex enterprises. His background includes leading multi-million-dollar digital transformation and cloud modernization programs, helping organizations move from legacy environments to more scalable, cloud-based platforms and operating models. He has also led high-impact initiatives spanning enterprise web modernization, cloud migration, and platform transformation, giving him a practical understanding of how to deliver complex technology change at scale.
At Softdocs, Benji has helped expand and scale the company’s services organization, growing the implementation team and strengthening service delivery alongside Softdocs's continued client growth. He also launched Premier Services, an offering that provides customers with ongoing system administration, process improvements, and platform expansion support. His leadership has helped strengthen Softdocs'sability to serve as a long-term partner to customers as their needs evolve.
Benji earned his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma. He is an active runner who trains for marathons and half marathons, volunteers with a local running club, and is steadily working his way through every Stephen King novel in publication order.
Christie Williams serves as Vice President of People at Softdocs, where she leads the company’s people strategy and helps shape a high-performance culture grounded in candor, accountability, and trust. She brings a practical and data-driven approach to leadership while keeping people at the center, helping Softdocs better support employees as they grow and succeed.
Christie is known for designing modern talent strategies built around transparency, continuous development, and measurable outcomes. Before joining Softdocs, she held leadership roles in people operations and business operations within high-growth organizations. Her background includes supporting global teams and strengthening culture and leadership in fast-moving environments.

Christie earned her MA in Organizational Leadership and her BA in Management from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She is a concert enthusiast, lifelong learner, and avid traveler. She is also deeply committed to neurodiversity advocacy and supports causes focused on mental health education and stronger systems for families and underserved communities.
Billy Smith serves as Vice President of Client Success at Softdocs, where he leads the strategy, team, and client relationships that help organizations realize lasting value from the Softdocs platform. A longtime Softdocs leader, Billy plays a central role in shaping how Softdocs supports customers over the long term, with a focus on retention, expansion, and enduring partnership.
Billy’s background reflects a strong commitment to public service, community leadership, and helping organizations navigate meaningful change. In addition to his work in SaaS, he served in elected leadership in South Carolina, where he built deep familiarity with government and the challenges facing local communities. During his public service, he helped preserve and expand healthcare access in underserved areas, reinforcing the mission-oriented perspective he brings to his work today.
At Softdocs, Billy has grown and scaled the Client Success team as the company’s client base has expanded and customer needs have evolved. He also helped launch Softdocs's Managed Services offering, expanding the company’s ability to support customers beyond implementation. His leadership is centered on helping organizations succeed in their missions, strengthen adoption, and continue growing the value they realize from the Softdocs platform over time.
Billy earned his BA from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and working with his hands, whether that means woodworking, farm work, mechanical projects, or finding the next excuse to be outside.
