Where will BRIDGE 24 be held?
The conference will be at the JW Marriott New Orleans. The address is 614 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Is there a discount if I purchase more than one ticket?
Yes, you will receive a 20% discount per ticket when you purchase 3 or more tickets at full price. With the group discount, each ticket costs $740 instead of $925.
Is there a special room rate at the JW Marriott for attendees?
Yes, we reserved a block of rooms at the JW Marriott for a special rate of $219 a night. As a bonus, we have extended this rate for 3 days pre and post-conference, so you can explore the city and take full advantage of all that New Orleans has to offer.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We will provide an Uber discount code in the BRIDGE app for discounted rideshare from the airport. The hotel is 16 miles from the airport. There is no hotel shuttle available.
Why are my options if I need to cancel?
Registration cancellations received in writing prior to May 1, 2024 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after May 1 will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 20th. There will be no refunds issued for no-shows, partial attendance. There will be no refunds issued onsite.

Please remember that hotel registrations are independent from the event registration, and canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
What are my options if I can’t attend and would like a colleague to attend in my place?
The registration fee is non-transferable. Registration is valid for the specified individual for the duration of the conference. If you are unable to attend, we’ll be happy to substitute one colleague’s name per registration. All substitutions must be received with written authorization from the original registrant and/or organization with the attendee’s registration confirmation prior to July 1, 2024 in order to process the substitution request.
After this date no substitutions will be accepted. Please submit substitution requests to bridge@softdocs.com or consideration. Requests for modification of a hotel reservation must be confirmed directly with the conference hotel(s).
What are the pre-conference workshops?
Pre-conference workshops are designed to provide you with a deeper understanding of the Softdocs platform. The advanced skills and knowledge you will learn will enable you to deliver specialized value to your organizations.
The workshops are for current Softdocs clients only. They will be held on Sunday afternoon at the JW Marriott before the main conference begins on Sunday evening. If you plan to attend a workshop and are traveling to New Orleans, please plan to arrive on Sunday morning.
Workshop tickets are $695 per person. All workshops run concurrently, so you can choose 1 of 3 workshop sessions. Admission to the workshops is available as an add-on to your BRIDGE ticket.
