One of the main reasons we are able to maintain this stat is our incredible services team that is full of individuals completely dedicated to Softdocs’ customers.
Our services group is equipped with the knowledge and expertise of the education marketplace, which in turn results in successful implementations of our solutions. We often hear from our customers about how great our implementation and support team is, which is no surprise to us! Should an issue arise, they are devoted to finding a solution to the problem as quickly as possible. The services folks are absolutely focused on helping our clients be successful, regardless of client need or their role as an individual.
As a newer member of the Softdocs team, I have been extremely impressed with the dedication of this team. That dedication became even more evident as many of our customers in the southeast prepared for Hurricane Matthew this past October. Recognizing that many schools could be impacted by the storm, our support team worked to ensure that operations ran as smoothly as possible to provide after-hours assistance as needed.
