We love our education customers and appreciate how you have reached out to us for help in big ways and small as you create new solutions and collect data you might never have imagined necessary. As you work to reopen your schools/institutions and find new ways to serve students, our team in Tech Support, Consulting and Project Management have been working long hours to ensure you get the answers you need as quickly as possible.
We are especially grateful to Monmouth University who reached out with a request to create an online form for all students to watch a COVID safety video for returning to campus. They wanted to ensure each student viewed it in its entirety. It was such a great idea, we decided to create a version all our customers with Etrieve Forms and Etrieve Flow could use at no charge. We’ve sent an email with details to our customers but if you have questions, you can find an announcement on Community or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll go over details with you. It’s a small step to help as you continue operating in the “new normal.”
Like you, Softdocs is being responsive to change and adapting to all our customers need. Our Development team under the leadership of Mike Williamson is stepping up the pace to evolve the product. The demand for electronic forms and workflows is soaring in times where employees and students are working from home. Our Professional Services team is delivering remote training and consulting without missing a beat. We are here ready to support you in any way you need as you envision your campus and your community on the other side of this pandemic.
