In March, Softdocs welcomed over 200 people to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C. for three days filled with excitement and packed schedules of customer and expert-led sessions, roundtables, one-on-one consultations and networking events. The Blue Ridge Mountains provided a picturesque backdrop during all of our events, contributing to its great success!

For the first time at Bridge, we introduced half-day boot camp sessions. These sessions allowed attendees to dig further into their existing solutions and included hands-on computer training with members of the Softdocs team.

In true Softdocs fashion, we worked hard and played hard while at Bridge 2015. Sunday evening we hosted our opening reception and dinner in the Blue Ridge restaurant. Attendees and team members were able to eat, mingle and enjoy a beautiful view of the sun as it set behind the mountains.

Monday boasted a full day. Our opening session began with a tribute to the Wizard of Oz, Softdocs-ified, and was followed by welcoming remarks and company updates from our owners as well as a brief update from our development manager. The rest of the day was packed with presentations, ranging from specific business process improvements to the introduction of our next-generation suite Etrieve.

To wrap up our first full day, we hosted a relaxing evening at the Country Club. Basking in the early evening sun, everyone was able to enjoy the warm weather on the outdoor patio while savoring bites from the multiple food stations. We even shared in s’mores over the fireplace as the blue grass band played music throughout the night!

Tuesday’s schedule provided additional sessions from both customers and Softdocs’ experts. We wrapped up formal presentations early and left the afternoon open for one-on-one consultations with our experts, free time to participate in St. Patrick’s Day festivities in downtown Asheville or explore the great outdoor activities in the area.

During the closing session on Wednesday, everything was brought full circle for the conference as we recapped highlights from the last few days, answered final questions and announced the dates (March 20 – 23) and location (Atlanta, GA) for Bridge 2016.

We couldn’t be happier with the success of this year’s conference and are so grateful to have had the opportunity to host our incredible customer base together in one location. Thank you all for contributing to such a wonderful event. We wouldn’t be here without you and look forward to seeing you in Atlanta!
