EMMA (Employee Monitoring, Management and Attendance) is our time and attendance solution developed to track and report time sessions to a human resource or payroll solution. Employees are able to review, approve and dispute their hours and time banks for multiple job types, as well as request leave or explain absences directly from an EMMA time collection station. In addition, EMMA can provide useful reports for evaluating trends among your institution’s employees, and time sessions can be sent directly to your payroll solution for processing.

EMMA supports time collection through the use of fingerprint biometrics, magnetic swipe cards or PIN codes, providing multiple options for securely and accurately capturing time sessions and electronic signatures for time card approval.
