One of Doc e Serve’s most essential add-on is Merge, which provides the ability to merge up to 8 disparate print jobs into a single document. Rather than printing entire documents for small amounts of information, Merge can pull your selected information from each document and combine the data into a single file.
The combined document can also be automatically archived into Doc e Scan under the appropriate folder and indexed for later retrieval. Less paper is produced, which means less paper your institution has to manage. 
Merge in Action
K-12 school districts especially can benefit from using the Merge add-on. For example, when a substitute teacher works at multiple schools within a pay period, Merge can combine work-day reports with a payroll check creating a single document for the substitute, greatly reducing postage and print costs.
