eDelivery is an add-on to Doc e Serve that allows for the automatic delivery of your outgoing documents via fax or email.
Documents generated from your ERP are sent to a print queue on your server, where Doc e Serve applies a customized document template to the raw data and produces an image for indexing into Doc e Scan.
Purchase orders, invoices, direct deposit notices and other documents are automatically delivered based on your business rules and triggers. Customized layouts designed in Doc e Scan are automatically applied to your data, allowing you to send clear documents that enhance your institution's image. eDelivery dramatically reduces the time and costs associated with delivering documents, including paper, ink, toner, postage and more.

Franklin County's BOC rarely prints their purchase orders since implementing eDelivery. Each vendor's contact information is pulled from the ERP onto the vendor copy of the purchase order, and each vendor who has a fax number or email address is automatically delivered their PO. Fewer paper is produced and purchase orders get filled more quickly.
