Rather than searching for paper documents in filing cabinets, Web View provides simple, Web-based viewing of documents located within Doc e Scan. In order to protect highly sensitive information, Web View requires a username and password for authentication and relies upon SSL connections for enhanced security. Web View minimizes time spent searching for a document without sacrificing your security.

Web View in Action: Cabrillo College

Lena Mason, Cabrillo College's financial aid technology specialist, uses Web View to provide the college's scholarship committee access to students' application folders. Before Doc e Scan and Web View, each committee member would need to pick up a huge box of student documents to review.  But now, physical documents and Doc e Fill e-forms are received from each student and electronically filed in their folder in Doc e Scan. Each committee member can securely log into Web View from their own homes to review the necessary documents, allowing award decisions to be made faster—and students to receive their aid on time.
