Token Access allows non-traditional Doc e Scan users to temporarily view protected documents.

These users are given temporary viewing permissions by Token Administrators, who can assign "reason codes" to a user's accessibility for later reporting. Doc e Scan tracks Token Access users in real-time, logging every document viewed as well as any actions taken or any reason codes given.

Token Access in Action

Many of our customers use Token Access to allow auditors and parents to view protected documents within Doc e Scan. Parents who want to take a closer look at their child's folder can do so without physical supervision by using Token Access, and are limited to viewing permissions only within a specified time period. Token Access's action log creates an easy audit trail to ensure no data was compromised.
