Doc e Serve, our output customization solution, gives you the ability to capture raw data from your ERP solution and transform the output into clean, customized documents. These documents can then be delivered to vendors, employees and students by print, fax or e-mail with the power of eDelivery.

Physical documents produced internally or received from external sources can be scanned, indexed and archived with Doc e Scan. Whether scanned, filed using Forms Recognition or easily indexed using ERP screen mnemonics through Auto File, your employees will have secure access to their necessary documents defined by their user type and permissions. Intuitive searching allows employees to find documents based on vendor, student or employee name and ID, document type and date, and other key indices. Documents can also be automatically accessed directly from your ERP with Auto Launch.

Students and employees can electronically fill out and workflow their required documents with Doc e Fill. eForms can pre-populate a user’s data from your ERP solution, automatically workflow to the correct reviewer based on information entered into the form, and update information inside your ERP once it has been approved. You will be able to choose prepackaged eForms from our eForms Library, or create custom forms unique to your processes.

Manage and monitor your employees’ attendance, leave banks and other time session data with EMMA. Time sessions, leave banks and more can be automatically exported to your payroll solution. Our time & attendance solution allows for multiple pay and overtime calculations for employee and job type, batch clocking actions, multiple job types per employee, mandatory break deductions and more. Employees and supervisors can review and approve clocking actions in real-time directly within EMMA, which can be accessed by biometric thumbprint, PIN code or swipe card technology. SoftApp allows you to track and manage your institution’s open positions and their applicants. Open positions are requested through the Position Tracking module and once approved, posted to your institution’s website. Applicants can fill out forms and submit necessary documents through a web interface based inside your institution’s website. References listed on an applicant’s form are automatically e-mailed with a request to fill out an electronic reference form, and these scores, applicant credentials, application status and other pertinent data are easily accessed in the Applicant Tracking module. Interviewers can fill out a web-based form to score an applicant, and once the final applicant is approved and their data archived, the position is closed and removed from your website.
