Traditional paper-based forms and PDF’s may be completed and emailed by users, but this process is not always secure or efficient. Data that is manually entered into host systems not only increases the chance for error, it can be very time consuming. Manually routing traditional documents through an organization can make document tracking especially difficult and also result in a lack of accountability.
