When a position opens within your institution, whether it’s a new position or replacement hire, the process can be labor-intensive. With Softdocs' Position Tracking solution, you can post job listings, track interview results and close the job listing quickly and easily.

Your open position can be posted directly to your institution’s website using the Position Request form once it has been submitted for archival. Applicants will be able to submit applications and necessary documents directly through our Applicant Tracking solution.

Once you’re ready to conduct interviews, the Interview Rating form creates an electronic document with the results of an applicant’s interview. The information derived from this form is then populated directly to the Position Recommendation form, where the top applicants are available for recommendation based on their Interview Rating scores.

The Position Recommendation form can then be submitted for approval or archival, which automatically changes the status of your job listing to "closed" or "filled" on your institution’s website.
