When a job listing is posted on your institution’s website, qualified applicants will be able to register and submit their applications and any related documents required by your institution. Applications and documents will be automatically submitted for review, with the ability for applicants to make changes after intial submission.

Once an applicant has submitted all their necessary documents, e-mail requests are automatically sent to their listed references directing them to your institution’s website to fill out a recommendation questionnaire. All results are submitted immediately for review.

The Applicant Tracking Report is a single table of a job listing’s applicants and their information, including credentials, test scores and the status of an application (unqualified, interviewed, called back, denied, etc.).
