As financial budgets tighten, Higher Ed institutions are faced with providing more services with fewer resources. The paperless trend of accepting and delivering electronic records to students, other Higher Ed institutions, financial institutions, and clearinghouses has colleagues in each department in a steep learning curve. Between the tight budgets and new e-based initiatives, like student and employee self-services, pressures to remain competitive are significant and growing daily.

Working within the above environment can be a daunting task.
