Bassco, Inc. is an Ohio-based software consulting firm established in 1975. We have been focused on K-12 since 1987. They provide consulting, installation, training, business process reengineering, support, and custom modifications for administrative computer solutions to school districts in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Georgia, and South Carolina.


CESA 5, located in South Central Wisconsin, encompasses major portions of Adams, Columbia, Juneau, Marquette, Portage, Sauk, Waushara and Wood Counties, as well as portions of Waupaca, Green Lake, Dane and Dodge. It serves thirty-five school districts representing approximately 50,000 students. The largest city within CESA 5 is Stevens Point, site of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. There are also two vocational and adult education campuses within CESA 5. The agency office is located at Portage, approximately 30 miles north of Madison. All financial support comes from local school districts, federal and state project grants, or state categorical aids.


CESA 7's aim is to work in partnership with school districts in Northeast Wisconsin to provide leadership and to help facilitate change and continuous improvement in our schools so that all children will achieve educational excellence.


The basic mission of CESA 10 is to assist districts with services they would otherwise have difficulty providing, or services that are mandated by state or federal government. The agency is governed by an eleven member Board of Control elected from the member districts.

Excel Software Professionals, Ltd. (ESP) is regional software services company located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a secondary office in Horn Lake, MS (south of Memphis TN). Originally incorporated in 1981, ESP today represents national software providers, such as, but not limited to Weidenhammer, Pearson and Computer Automation. ESP is the regional services (phone support, on-site training, custom programming services and consulting) provider for its national providers. The model of national products with local support allows ESP to provide to its K-12 customers first class, nationally leading products with unparalleled regional support. ESP currently provides support to customers in more than 20 states, but primarily focuses on customers in Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.


Kirtley Technology Corporation (KTC) is responsible for the CIMS marketing and support of more than 80 school districts in Illinois and Missouri. They are an education specialist that provides customers with web-based administrative solutions, food service software, hardware, networking, and extensive support services needed to meet the demands of the education industry.
